I watch TLC while I exercise with my stepping machine. This morning Nigella was on show. She cooked pork chop with apple cider, whole grain mustard and double cream. Accompanied carbohydrate was gnocchi. She also made deep fried squid and caramel croissant pudding. They made me hungry.
Well, I have defrosted pork chop and whole grain mustard in the fridge. To make myself a sumptuous lunch, I
-
start with putting fettucine in boiling water
-
Pierce a piece of pork chop. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Pan fry it and put on a plate.
-
Pour in white wine into the pan with the oil left by the pork chop. Let it sizzle. Then add a teaspoon of whole grain mustard. Stir and mix.
-
To substitute double cream, melt butter in the pan and then full cream milk. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
-
Drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoon sauce on the pork chop. Put the fettucine into the sauce. Toss well.
-
Serve it with the pork chop and add a few pieces of cherry tomoto. That’s it, 15 minutes!
