Chocolate Truffle Cake

It’s new year and a new trial.   This chocolate truffle cake is very easy and appealing.    Important is use of good quality chocolate.  I used 200g Valrnona 61% cocoa chocolate for a 6-inch (16cm) cake.  The rest is butter, very little sugar (3/4 teaspoon), flour, water and 2 eggs.    When it has been cool, icing sugar was sprinkled on top and some minimum decoration.    Do you prefer Ferrero Rocher or raspberry?   Whatever!    It’s irresistible!   My sister said she tried first but she ended up eaten about 40% of the cake.    I was very conscious and had a few little bites only.   Well, it’s better to put weight on her hip than mine  🙂
