Oh ye, it’s not again from Raymond Blanc but Claire Clark. To be something else, I created one portion with salted pistachio and the other part with chocolate flakes. So, nuts intolerant people can enjoy it. They look so in harmony. So, I call it heavenly couple, 天作之合. It was made for a few Cathay Pacific ex-colleagues and the sweetest Coach colleague Candice Wang. The ex-colleagues, it has been long that we haven’t met each other. I am much looking forward to the reunion. Tomorrow, I will fly to Taipei for work. Let’s hope that my brownie will arrive in shape.
Responses? Everyone liked it. One of the ex-colleagues cut and shared before dinner and took an extra package home. A tip: 75% cacao was used.
