It’s mid-autumn festival. I was going to have dinner at Soo’s place. Hurry up I made this strawberry cheesecake as our dessert. And it was ready to be put in the fridge within quite a short time, not more than 1.5 hours including a 25 minutes trip to shopping the missing ingredients.
The idea is from the Yakult Blueberry Cheesecake, but without Yakult. Instead, more cream. Plain yoghurt was replaced by strawberry yoghurt. Since my homemade strawberry marmalade was a bit sweet, I was too bold to cut the sugar to 10g only. Auh ooh, the sweetness was insufficient. Well, it’s still OK. If I’ll do it again, I may have 30g sugar in total.
