Rolls in the freezer are almost gone! Time to make new ones. The first thought was Rosemary raisin rolls but my bread flour did not suffice to make a batch. I needed to mix flour, rye and bread flour. So, I went for multi-seeds: linseeds, sesame and sunflower seeds. Recipe? I forgot. I did it by experience. Other ingredients were simply water, yeast, olive oil and salt. It looks quite German but the texture was softer. Never mind, important is I like them. The nutty fragrance and the seeds in between the teeth…… A big enjoyment!
