Hooray!  I’ve got a new bread book from an IT colleague.  Yes, IT information technology.  I don’t know why an IT guy was interested in baking bread.  But it’s true!  Anyway, it’s new knowledge about bread and I couldn’t wait to try.  And the first trial is walnut raisin bread and rolls.  Look and taste great!  The book is from a Japanese who spent over 10 years in Taiwan.  The Chinese language is sometimes funny but can be understood.

It started with a pre-dough. The long time fermentation and the treacle resulted in soft texture and a unique fragrance. The wonderful end results worth the patience.  Of course shared joy is double joy.  It was shared at the cell group.  Other friends brought also food.
