Time flies. It has been half a month since I returned from Europe. Wanna have something to cheer up during the cloudy days. Yes, sunshine by passion fruit. Though the sky outside is grey and will be so for the upcoming 9 days, let’s the sun shine in our heart.
The chocolate mousse is from Yue’s Handicrafts. I was appealed to her wonderfully presented cake but I changed from dark to milk chocolate as I would like to have a lighter cake. Next time, I will add 2.5g gelatin to have it less gooey. I did not have cream cheese for the passion fruit part. So, I opt for passionfruit mousse and jelly from a cake I made previously.
If I will make it another time, I may half the chocolate mousse and increase the portion of the passionfruit part. Yes, more sunshine and a little bit sharper cake which my mother prefers.
