Hanjuku Cheese, Half boiled Cheesecake

Hanjuku Cheesecake

An artist hosting a TV show talked about Hanjuku cheesecake.  It was half cooked, soft and with rich cheese flavour. The rest of the artists in the show loved it and talked about it.   I was curious and tried to find out what it was.  It is from Japan but adapted locally.   It was sold in a few distribution points to but extended to 15 shops of  a bakery.  Ah, there was one nearby but sold at rocket price.  Then I looked for recipe to see how the texture would be.  Result?  Every friend loved it.  The bottom was like cheese pudding.  The upper part was cotton cheesecake. Yum!  I used a Danish cheese.  It was very good, creamy and superb flavour!
