It is almost a routine to bake bread during the weekend. It gives me pleasure and sense of achievement. I do not necessarily follow any kind of recipe but kinds of rules to have acceptable bread. This one is an example of random proportion of different flours: bread flour, whole wheat flour and rye flour. It was a great pleasure to eat fresh bread shortly out from the oven. Crispy crust, nutty fragrance….. a heavenly joy of chewing bread between teeth. Below is the ingredients used for the pumpkin seed bread rolls.
310g bread flour
60g whole wheat flour
30g rye flour
4g instant yeast
