Cheese Bread Roll

I spot this soft butter roll at a Facebook group.  It looked soft and yummy. The recipe takes high melting point cheese.  I did not have it at home but was very eager to experiment it. So, I used sliced Kraft cheese to make it.  It was nice.

250g Bread flour
25g sugar
3g salt
1 egg
30g cream
100g milk
3g yeast
25g butter, diced
Kraft Cheese (original recipe: high melting point cheese)

Mix well all ingredients except the butter.  Put 20% of milk aside.

Knead the dough.  When a ball forms, add a teaspoon milk.  Knead until the milk has been incorporated and the bottom of the container is dry. Repeat the process a few times.

Add the butter and knead.

Let the dough ferment until double.

Punch the dough. Divide it into 7-8 portions.  Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Wrap cheese into the roll. 

Put the rolls into a cake pan.  One at the middle and the rest in a circle.

Let is rise the second time.

Preheat the oven at 180C.  Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes.

They are super soft and yummy!  I will put more cheese next time.
